Project Details & Execution Process

Project Description

In 2018, our team completed a large-scale exterior painting project for a high-rise residential tower in Tajikistan.
The project spanned over six months and involved a crew of 12 professional painters working in coordination to deliver a durable and elegant finish across the entire building façade.

Before painting, the full surface area was skim-coated (puttied) to achieve a uniform, smooth base. Each section was then sanded thoroughly and cleaned to remove any surface dust or irregularities.

The painting was executed using a high-performance airless spray system, ensuring even coverage, precision application, and maximum efficiency across large vertical surfaces.

We used Atrak acrylic paint, known for its strong adhesion, weather resistance, and long-lasting colour retention — ideal for the region’s variable climate conditions.

The final result was a seamless, modern façade with a clean matte finish that enhanced both the building’s aesthetics and long-term protection.

Outcome

  • Complete surface restoration and painting of a multi-storey residential building

  • Even, weather-resistant coating with professional airless spray technique

  • Timely delivery within the 6-month schedule

FAQs

1. Why was airless spray painting chosen for this high-rise project?

Airless spray technology allows for faster coverage, even paint distribution, and superior surface penetration, making it ideal for large façades. It reduces paint waste and provides a smooth, uniform finish even on textured or uneven concrete surfaces.

2. What are the advantages of Atrak acrylic paint for exterior use?

Atrak acrylic paint offers excellent adhesion, UV resistance, and weather durability. It’s specifically formulated for exterior façades exposed to sunlight, wind, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring long-term colour stability and protection.

3. How long did the project take to complete?

The entire process — from surface preparation to final coating — was completed within six months, managed by a 12-member professional painting team, ensuring consistent quality across every section of the building.

4. How was surface preparation handled before painting?

All surfaces were fully skim-coated with putty, sanded, and cleaned to create a uniform base. This meticulous preparation ensured maximum paint adhesion and a smooth, long-lasting result once the acrylic coating was applied.
